Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries, and you can always email us at info@knivesmaker.com to check about a certain destination. To find out if we ship to your country proceed to the checkout page and use the drop down menu under ‘Shipping Address’ to see if your country is included.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders will be delivered within 6-10 business days after receiving clear payment. But this can be delayed due to weekends or Governments and Religious Festivals.

How Can I Track My Order?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (Waybill or  Tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt given from DHL Express.

Where Do Your Product Ship From?

All orders shipping from our manufacturing unit located in Wazirabad, Pakistan. We set up our warehouse in Austin, Texas In the future.

How do I place an Order?

01. Check your shopping cart. Check over the items listed in your shopping cart.

02. Visit Ship, Bill and Pay screen. Make sure you’re logged in to your account.

03. Review your order. You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax.

04.Get your receipt.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

To cancel or change an order, first check the status of your order to ensure that is has not already shipped. We begin to process orders immediately after they are placed. Any requests to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately and we will attempt to accommodate your request based on the status of your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Do not need to have an account to place an order. If you register with us you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through our upcoming products and events.

How Can I Return a Product?

Inspection time for all our knives and Straight Razors for exchange or refund is within 3 days of receipt of item/items.. We do have a 3 day ” no question asked” return policy, but we do ask that you please return the item in the original condition. If the item was purchased in error buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
